A security software company that happens to manage fines
FineHub is a South African fine aggregator for business fleets, built and run by a software company with deep security expertise. We build secure systems for banks and other customers in financial services, and we run traffic fine management with the same engineering discipline.
Why we exist
Fine management is full of scams. We built the opposite.
Traffic fine management in South Africa is a market with little transparency: intermediaries who hold money instead of settling, "paid" statuses nobody can verify, and weighbridge beneficiaries that are not the court. Our process relies on two things that cannot be faked: same-day settlement with the municipality or court, and audited proof of every action taken.
15 years in fines
Our founders have a combined 15 years of experience in traffic infringement management. We know where the process fails because we have watched it fail.
Risk management at the core
Unmanaged infringements escalate into enforcement orders, blocked renewals and, under AARTO, demerit points. We identify and address risk early.
National collection
Our platform collects fines from AARTO and CPA authorities across South Africa, watches deadlines, and routes every notice to the right action.
Bank-grade controls
Approved-recipient controls on every settlement, immutable action and payment records, and proxy and BRNC access that is managed rather than shared around.

Our guarantee
Electronic retrieval or self-upload, with timely action and a record of every step. If we cannot prove it, we did not do it. Timely action requires complete documents, approval and funding; authority acceptance and processing remain external.
